This is a fantastic post as it touches upon one of many leaders´central fear being `how do I know I’m focusing on the fundamental areas that will make the difference in my context?´ It is surprising to me however that individual teacher and leadership quality finds itself on the left side. This certainly feels counter-intuitove and would appear to fly in the face of evidence such as the 2007 McKinsey Report main findings that teacher quality is paramount in improving education systems. Love the website!
